There is a wide variation of different types of cards. One
of them is the VIP card. This is used for the special purposes. As a VIP member
you will access too many of travels, and global tour and hostel accommodation
discounts. For providing all these facilities it became necessary to Print VIP cards. Everyone wants all these facilities to have, but some of the people can
get these, which has a proper way for accepting able or disable the applicant
for this.
Different companies claim that only they can Print VIP cards as the best. But I must say that the technology is becoming advance day by day and this has made a strong competition between all the printing organizations. Due to which everyone try to print the best cards ever. But some of them can be able to trust for the best.
Like the post and the card design you have shared...i will keep it in mind and will use it to design Metal business cards if i needed.

VistaPrint offers lots of designs on their site. You can also upload your own graphics. As far as where you can get free designs outside of VistaPrint, why don't you check out the local community college. Their graphics arts program might offer you some options. Good luck!
